The PUD has multiple COVID-19 Assistance Program for customers who need assistance paying their bills due to economic hardships resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Disconnects for non-payment and late fees are currently suspended per Governor's Proclamation 20-23.7.

At your Grays Harbor PUD, customer service is a reality, not a slogan. We want to make paying your electric bill as easy for you as possible.

  • CASH. If you like to do business in cash, bring your payment to our main office in Aberdeen, or to any of the convenient pay stations in the area.
  • CHECK or MONEY ORDER. Pay by mail, using the return envelope in your electric bill to enclose your check or money order. Or bring your payment to the nearest PUD drop box.
  • CREDIT & DEBIT CARDS. We also take payments by VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card, either in person, by phone, or by clicking on the "Pay Bill Online" button on our home page.
  • AUTOMATIC PAYMENT. Once registered for the "Pay Bill Online" payment service you can also schedule payments in advance, or arrange to have your bill paid automatically when due by setting up Auto-Pay from your checking account or by VISA, MasterCard or Discover Card
