The PUD has multiple COVID-19 Assistance Program for customers who need assistance paying their bills due to economic hardships resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Disconnects for non-payment and late fees are currently suspended per Governor's Proclamation 20-23.7.
Power Outages

The Grays Harbor PUD's policy is to begin a public notification process for power outages impacting 50 customers or more.  This will include media notification, posting on this page, social media postings and sending Outage Notification emails.

If you are experiencing a power outage and it is not posted on this page, please call the PUD Power House at 360 537 3721 or 1 888 541 5923 to report your outage.

Around 326 customers are out of power in the area around Montesano St in Westport due to a downed wire.  Crews have been dispatched to make repairs.
