Grays Harbor Public Utility District is seeking a full-time Facilities Maintenance Worker to perform a wide variety of general maintenance functions; including installing, constructing, maintaining and repairing buildings, fences and grounds as directed.

Grays Harbor PUD is accepting applications for a Journeyman Service Lineman, working in the South Beach service territorySuccessful applicant will be required to live within 40 minutes of the Westport shop.

Service Lineman responsibilities include maintenance, construction and extension of overhead and underground electrical power systems; setting and removal of single and three phase meters; communicating with a wide variety of team members and customers.  Work is performed in all weather conditions and terrain.  Must be willing to respond to overtime requests.

Applicants should have thorough knowledge of fundamentals of electrical theory & safety rules; high and low voltage lines; commonly used tools and materials of the trade.  Must have successfully completed a Journeyman Line Apprenticeship recognized by the NJATC and IBEW.  Possession of a Class A CDL is required.  Successful applicant must pass a physical capacities test.
