The PUD has multiple COVID-19 Assistance Program for customers who need assistance paying their bills due to economic hardships resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Disconnects for non-payment and late fees are currently suspended per Governor's Proclamation 20-23.7.

Grays Harbor Public Utility District is seeking a General Manager to provide leadership and develop and implement strategic plans to ensure the District continues to be proactive and responsive to its customers, employees, and the public and conducts its business in accordance with sound financial management practices, contracts, policies and objectives established by the Board of Commissioners and in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

Qualifications Include:  Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or related field, advanced degree is preferred; and a minimum of five (5) years of management-level experience in the electric utility industry – or combination of equivalent education and experience.  Ability to communicate, interface, and present information effectively with all levels of District employees, the Board of Commissioners, and members of the Public.  Please review the associated job description for more information. 

Compensation and BenefitsIn accordance with RCW 54.16.100 the Board of Commissioners will determine the compensation for the General Manager, including benefits.
