The PUD has multiple COVID-19 Assistance Program for customers who need assistance paying their bills due to economic hardships resulting from the COVID-19 pandemic. Disconnects for non-payment and late fees are currently suspended per Governor's Proclamation 20-23.7.

Grays Harbor PUD is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to help us with our customers’ requests for electrical service and related work, including design, layout and staking of services and distribution line extensions; applying District standards and policies for customer projects; preparing cost estimates, work orders, and material lists; and communicating with a wide variety of team members and customers.   

This requires knowledge of electric distribution systems, engineering fundamentals, design, drawings, mathematics, personal computers and AutoCAD; ability to read and understand electrical distribution maps and plans; ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously; a 2-year science degree and 5 years experience in the electrical distribution field (or a combination of equivalent education and experience); excellent interpersonal skills; and a valid WA State Driver’s License.  Please review the associated job description for more information.

Level 1             1st 6 Months         $30.53

                        2nd 6 Months        $32.14

                        After 12 Months     $33.74
