AutoPay and Web Self-Service Changes on December 30th PDF Print E-mail

Your Grays Harbor PUD has found an easier way for customers to pay their bill online or through automatic payments!  “Invoice Cloud” is a web-based electronic invoice payment company that the PUD has contracted with to provide a faster, more convenient billing service to their customers.  The new system will be available 24/7 and provide convenient payment options like credit and debit card payments, automatic payments, and pre-scheduled payments.  And your payment history and current bill will always be available for viewing online! 

Other benefits of the new system include:

  • View/receive your bills online
  • Confirm that your payment was received
  • Receive online payment confirmations and notices
  • Ability to add a second e-mail address to your account

Anyone that is currently registered for AutoPay or Web Self-Service through the PUD will have to re-register with Invoice Cloud on the PUD website or through customer service when the new program starts on December 30th.
